1. Who we are

Oblanky ("Oblanky", "we", "us") is operated by Makarios Global Business Consult Limited, trading as Makarios Consultancy, based in Nigeria. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Oblanky website and application (the "Service"). You can reach us through the Oblanky Contact Us page.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Oblanky does

Oblanky is a scholarship eligibility checker. You provide details about your academic background and preferences, and we match you against a database of scholarships, showing eligibility, deadlines, requirements, and funding details. Oblanky is not affiliated with any government, university, or scholarship provider, and does not guarantee admission or award of any scholarship.

3. Free tier and paid products

A basic eligibility check and a limited number of scholarship matches are free to use. Paid products are:

• Scholarship + Researcher Access Report — $10.00, one-time, per eligibility check
• Premium Membership — $19.00/month, recurring, cancel anytime
• Expert CV Review — $10.00, one-time
• SOP / Personal Statement Review — $15.00, one-time
• Research Proposal Review — $50.00, one-time
• Full Scholarship Application Review — $75.00, one-time
• 1:1 Scholarship Strategy Session — $50.00, one-time

Prices are in US Dollars and may be shown converted to your local currency at checkout.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, tax, and receipts on our behalf; your card details are never seen or stored by Oblanky. Purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Subscriptions

Premium Membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not charge you again after cancellation.

6. Accuracy of information

Scholarship listings are compiled from publicly available sources and may change, expire, or contain errors. Always verify deadlines, requirements, and funding details directly with the scholarship provider before applying or making decisions based on Oblanky's content.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping or reselling our scholarship data, attempting to bypass paywalls or payment verification, or submitting false information to our AI-assisted tools.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oblanky is not liable for decisions made based on our content, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
