Oblanky is operated by Makarios Global Business Consult Limited, trading as Makarios Consultancy.
Payments & merchant of record
All payments on Oblanky are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and payment disputes on our behalf. This policy describes when Oblanky will approve a refund; approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle.
Product-by-product terms

| Scholarship + Researcher Access Report ($10, one-time) | Delivered instantly as a digital report. Generally non-refundable once generated, except for a verified technical failure that prevented delivery — contact us and we'll make it right. |
| Premium Membership ($19/month) | Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we won't charge you again. We don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of an already-paid period. |
| Expert CV Review ($10) · SOP Review ($15) · Research Proposal Review ($50) · Full Application Review ($75) | Full refund if requested before a reviewer has started work on your document. Once review work has started, the purchase is non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver the review at all. |
| 1:1 Scholarship Strategy Session ($50) | Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the session or for a missed session, except where we need to reschedule or fail to deliver the session. |
How to request a refund or cancel
To cancel your Premium Membership, use the "Cancel anytime" option on your Premium page. For a refund request on any other product, contact us via our contact page with your order details — we aim to respond within a few business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you're entitled to under the law that applies to you, including Paddle's own Buyer Terms.
