TWAS offers approximately 160 PhD fellowships in conjunction with eight partner institutions across six countries, enabling early-career researchers from developing countries to earn a PhD at top science institutions. Applications are submitted through an online portal and require a preliminary acceptance letter from the chosen host institution.
