Best student in year one of an ICAN-accredited Accounting/Accountancy programme (for ATSWA exam), OR best overall student in final level of ATSWA proceeding to Professional level
Must be a registered student of ICAN (ATSWA or Professional)

Recommendation letter from ICAN District Society required
B.Sc/HND results required
Must apply not more than two years after graduation, after senate approval
Must pass each level within two consecutive diets or scholarship is forfeited
Students who previously applied are not eligible to re-apply
